Grady Harris is a Real Estate Advisor honoured to have been recruited by Engel & Volkers, who, stated in the Times Colonist, “We select the very best to represent our brand and are delighted to have Grady Harris join our team here in Victoria.”
Launching his real estate career in Vancouver, Grady co-founded the Harris Real Estate Group, consistently rated one of the top producing teams in the city. He received numerous awards for excellent customer service, including membership in the highly regarded Diamond and Medallion Clubs. Grady’s leadership ensured the clients’ long-term interests were the priority. “I make my client’s goals my goals,” says Grady, “always focusing on what is best for them.”
Grady is proud to have built his real estate business almost entirely through client referrals. He credits this to his commitment to communicating with his clients as often as needed, to ensure they feel calm and informed throughout the entire listing and sales process. “I make it a priority to be personally available to my clients,” says Grady. “It’s not about the quick sale for me, I want to make sure that my clients are well represented and have an exceptional experience working with me.”
The transition to Victoria has been smooth for Grady, as he was born on the Island and has a deep network of family and friends in this city. “My heart has always been in Victoria, so it feels good to have come full circle,” he says. It has also been a positive move for his wife Julie, a teacher at St. Michael’s University School, and their two young boys, who are enjoying life at the Junior School in Oak Bay.
Prior to settling in Victoria, Grady lived and worked in a variety of countries, enjoying the challenges and unique experiences of life in Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and London, England. The varied business cultures and experiences gave him an invaluable skillset for his chosen career and made Engel & Volkers a natural fit due to their high level of professionalism and global network.
“It’s an honour to help people realize their real estate goals, whether through a portfolio of investment properties or a dream home on the water,” says Grady. “I’m proud to be a Real Estate Advisor. I want to be my clients’ go-to expert for the next 20 years.”
